Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KeetaHub’s website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by KeetaHub (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

KeetaHub provides a suite of tools for the Keeta Network ecosystem, including but not limited to:

  • KYC Anchor — Identity verification linking Discord accounts to Keeta wallets via encrypted on-chain certificates.
  • Sentinel — A Discord bot enabling token-gated roles with privacy-preserving verification.
  • Username Anchor — Human-readable wallet usernames based on Discord IDs (coming soon).
  • Discord Wallet Bot — In-chat wallet management and token transfers (coming soon).

3. Account and authentication

Certain features require authentication through Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and Keeta wallet. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. On-chain data and irreversibility

You acknowledge that KYC certificates and other data written to the Keeta Network blockchain are permanent and irreversible. Once a certificate is issued on-chain, it cannot be modified or deleted. Your Discord ID is encrypted within the certificate and can only be read by the wallet holder. You consent to this permanent storage when you initiate the verification process.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity during verification.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by KeetaHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except where our code is published under an open-source license.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, tokens, or data arising from your use of the Service or the Keeta Network.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeetaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or tokens, regardless of the cause of action.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. On-chain data will persist regardless of account termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
